Controller

The data controller is the operator of TenderWatch. Contact: info@tenderwatching.com.

What we process

Your email address, company name and subscription settings (fields, countries, keywords). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Why and on what basis

To send you the daily tender digest you ordered and to issue invoices — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Google (email delivery) and GitHub (running the service). We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long

For as long as you subscribe. After you cancel, subscription data is deleted within 30 days; invoices are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing info@tenderwatching.com. You may also complain to the Czech data protection authority (uoou.gov.cz).

Visitor statistics

We measure site traffic with GoatCounter. It uses no cookies, stores no IP addresses or other data that could identify a visitor, and the data is never used for advertising. We only count page views and clicks on the sign-up buttons.
